Default meeting point: Harpa Concert Hall

All scheduled Sterna Travel tours meet at Harpa Concert Hall, Austurbakki 2, 101 Reykjavík. Look for the Sterna Travel sign at the main entrance. Arrive 10 minutes before your departure time.

Hotel pickup

Most tours include free hotel pickup within central Reykjavík. Pickup runs in a window of up to 30 minutes before tour departure. Be ready in your hotel lobby at the start of your pickup window.

Designated bus stops

If your accommodation is outside the central pickup zone, you'll be assigned a designated Reykjavík city bus stop in your booking confirmation. The most common are Hallgrímskirkja, Harpa, Lækjargata, and Hlemmur.

What if pickup is late?

If your driver is more than 15 minutes late, call +354 480-1200 immediately. Do not leave the pickup point — we will reach you.

What if I'm late?

If you miss your pickup, make your way to Harpa Concert Hall. You may still be able to join the tour there. Tours cannot wait at the meeting point beyond 5 minutes after the scheduled departure.
